Refund Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, we must receive your return within 7 days of your order date.

Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for sanitary reasons:

  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Hats
  • Shoes
  • Intimates

All sale, clearance, or promotional items are also FINAL SALE.

For returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, scent-free, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or package slip with the return.

We are unable to accept returns for store credit after the 7-day window. If items are returned past this period, customers will need to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. You will have an additional 3 days to provide supporting evidence for a refund to be processed.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue.

Return Instructions

  • In-store Purchases: Return items directly to the store.
  • Online Orders: Start the return process by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting us via the “Contact Us” page on our website.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and pictures (if applicable). We will respond within 48-72 business hours. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit if approved.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders within the U.S. generally take 3-6 business days to be delivered after shipment.

Make sure to ship to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, and any returned packages will incur return shipping fees.

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance, as this is beyond our control. You can email us for further guidance if needed.
